The anxiety I felt when I first woke up was sometimes more than the idea of binge-watching Tiger King could distract me from.
Worse, things were looking pretty good, on paper. I was making 6 figures, even during Covid. My business was making an impact on thousands of lives.
But it had been so long since I’d had any real fun in my business that I wasn’t sure why I shouldn’t just stay home making baguettes & sampling the limoncello I was making.
I knew I couldn't keep going the way I was so I decided to take on the "what if" like it was my new job and I showed up to work!
I scheduled walk-and-talks, listened to podcasts, filled journals, prayed, and then one day the clouds opened up and the heavens sang. I heard Patrick Lencioni talk about his new model, The 6 Types of Working Genius. I got instant access to what had been in my way and I started having fun again!

What exactly is the 6 Types of Working Genius?
The 6 Types of Working Genius is an assessment developed by the Table Group. Allie was completely captivated when she was first exposed to Working Genius at a Global Leadership Refresh in 2021 & Allie was in the VERY FIRST class of Working Genius Facilitators later that year. Most Working Genius Facilitators work inside already existing teams– mostly corporate work, if you will. Allie, always interested in how to advance the experience of work inside entrepreneurial spaces and nontraditional teams has focused her work with Working Genius in this space. You can’t find anyone anywhere using Working Genius quite like this!
Worried about the time commitment
I don’t have a full day of time, can I still participate?
The Mastermind is designed for full day participation & we’d like you to participate in the entire event. When we have multiple day events we only require participants to attend one of the two days. However, even the participants who tell us they’re only attending 1 of the two days usually end up attending both events because they’re so much fun! If you absolutely can’t participate in both the AM & PM sessions– please go ahead and register. You’ll see a place where you can let us know that you have a scheduling concern inside your Mastermind Course Portal. Our team will reach out to you to make sure we accommodate your situation.

We are so excited that you're interested in our in person events. These are our exclusive hight end events run in person & both in the US and internationally. We only invite people who have participated in Virtual Mastermind events to attend our in person retreats. Why? #1 We want to make sure everyone participating already has the basics down of how we mastermind & the Working Genius model. #2 We use the Virtual Masterminds to both educate & vet the the people we invite to our in person events.
